What I collect

The information you share.

When you book an appointment or write through the contact form, I collect the details you provide directly: name, email, phone, any notes you leave, and the treatment and time you selected. If you become a client, I keep a record of past appointments and a short intake form covering skin history, allergies, and treatment preferences.


How I use it

Only what the appointment needs.

Your information is used to confirm and prepare for your appointment, contact you about changes, and personalize your treatment. I do not sell, rent, or share your information with marketers. I will only send promotional emails or text messages if you have asked to receive them, and you can unsubscribe at any time.


Where it lives

Square, email, and my own notebook.

Bookings and payments are processed through Square. Square handles your card details directly. I never see or store the full card number.

Emails sit in my inbox like anyone else’s email. Client records (intake notes, allergies, past appointments) live locally and are protected by device security.

This site uses only the cookies needed to make it work. No advertising trackers, no behavioral profiling.


Your rights

Ask, correct, delete.

You can ask me at any time what information I have about you, request corrections, or ask me to delete your record. Write to hello@bookinterlude.com and I will respond within a few business days. Note that some appointment records may need to be retained for tax or health and safety purposes.
